Subscription Terms

Monthly plan: $4 USD per month, billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled.

What the subscription covers: Continued hosting of your digital gift page and all media stored with it.

Cancellation: Cancel with one click from your account at any time. After cancellation, your gift page stays accessible for 14 days. Then access is suspended.

File retention: After the 14-day grace period your gift page is archived: nothing is shown, but your files are kept for another 6 months. Resubscribe any time in that window and everything returns. When the archive window ends, files are permanently deleted.

Non-refundable: The $85 stone purchase is non-refundable (engraved items are personalized).
