Most orders ship within 1–5 business days and arrive 1–7 business days after that via UPS Ground. Need it faster? Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
It keeps everything that makes your gift page alive: secure hosting of your photos and videos, the AI-generated song or animation if you used one, the bandwidth for every scan, and the storage that holds it all. We can keep it online as long as you want — but only because the subscription covers the real costs of doing so.
Your gift page becomes unreachable, but your files are kept safely for 6 months. Resubscribe in that window and everything returns exactly as you left it — photos, videos, and the song or animation you created. After 6 months, files are permanently deleted.
Yes. Within the first 24 hours it's $10 to re-generate anything. After 24 hours but before delivery, $15. After delivery, edits require the recipient's approval — they'll get a text message with a link to tap Approve or Decline.
No. Engraved stones are personalized and cannot be returned. If a stone arrives damaged or is lost in shipping, we'll replace it — use the Claim Replacement button in your account.
No. Anniversaries, memorials, graduations, weddings, moves, new babies — anywhere a physical keepsake belongs. We built it for meaningful occasions, not just birthdays.
Yes. The Bring Your Own Content path lets you upload photos, a handwritten note, a voice note, your own video, or a slideshow of multiple photos set to music. Same price.

You keep everything you contributed — photos, text, edits. The purely AI-generated parts may not be copyrightable under current US law, but you have a perpetual, worldwide license to use them however you want. Our Terms of Service has the details.
Yes — each of our stones is a genuine polished gemstone, sourced, cut, and polished with care.
The QR is laser-engraved into the stone at ECC Level H (30% error correction). It will survive water, sunlight, drops, pocket wear, and anything short of being deliberately sanded off. Temperature extremes are fine. The QR is the most durable part of the stone.
Modern iPhone and Android camera apps auto-detect QRs when you point at them — hold the phone 4–6 inches away with good lighting. If it still won't scan, use the "Claim Replacement" form in your account and include a photo; we'll replace it.
Yes, but the buyer must be 18+ (we have an age gate at checkout). Anything we help you create with AI goes through moderation — faces of people under 18 can't be AI-restyled or AI-animated.
We have a B2B contact form at /for-business. Volume discount starts at 20%. Weddings, corporate gifting, and brand partnerships all welcome. A full B2B portal is coming in v2.
Deliberate. Each stone is handpicked for its meaning, its texture, and how cleanly it holds an engraved QR code. We're expanding the collection thoughtfully — new stones added as we test them. Want to know when a new one arrives?
Not in our v1. State laws around digital replicas of deceased persons are complex and we want a proper legal and consent flow before we offer it. Static photo restoration and colorization are available now with a disclosure.
